Surprising No-One | What Be Your Nerd Type? Your Result: Drama Nerd You sure do love the spotlight and probably have a very out-going and loud personality. Or not. That's just a stereotype, of course. Participation in the theatre is something to be very proud of. Whether you have a great voice for musicals, or astounding skills for dramas/comedies; keep up the good work. We need more entertainment these days that isn't television and video games (not that these things are bad, necessarily.) | | Literature Nerd | | | Artistic Nerd | | | Social Nerd | | | Science/Math Nerd | | | Musician | | | Gamer/Computer Nerd | | | Anime Nerd | | What Be Your Nerd Type? My Winamp is Schizo
1) On your current playlist, hit shuffle and pick the first 1-10 on the list. 2) Write down the first line of the song. 3) Have your friends comment and see if they know the songs. (No cheating!!!) 4) When someone guesses correctly, strike out the line and list the correct name of the song next to it. (Title AND artist have to be correctly guessed.) 1. She grew up with the children of the stars 2. The rope that's wrapped around me is cutting through my skin 3. Take you hand and place it in my pocket 4. Bring back the memories; this one's giving up on you 5. Oh what a crazy, lazy life 6. Tonight I feel ambitious and so does my foot as it sinks on the pedal 7. Down on the corner, by the traffic light 8. Oh no it happened again 9. I'm not sure who's fooling who here 10. Pony. You Are Subversion! You are systematic and secretive. Sometimes even very calculating. Most everyone trusts you but they have no idea what really goes on in your head. You are capable of being nice or mean, whatever a situation calls for. You look out for #1. What Naughty My Little Pony Are You? | | Monday, June 13th, 2005 | | 12:28 am |

This somehow makes sense...
You Are 19 Years Old |
19
Under 12: You are a kid at heart. You still have an optimistic life view - and you look at the world with awe.
13-19: You are a teenager at heart. You question authority and are still trying to find your place in this world.
20-29: You are a twentysomething at heart. You feel excited about what's to come... love, work, and new experiences.
30-39: You are a thirtysomething at heart. You've had a taste of success and true love, but you want more!
40+: You are a mature adult. You've been through most of the ups and downs of life already. Now you get to sit back and relax.
| Apparently this is what happens when you alternate between acting like you're forty and acting like you're four. | | 4:23 pm |

Finally getting around to this...
1) The last film I bought: 12 Monkeys Collector's Edition in a store, and Shaun of the Dead and Session 9 just arrived from Amazon. 2) The last film I watched: Buffy the Vampire Slayer. There's no beating the original. 3) Five films I watch a lot or that mean a lot to me: The Tenth Kingdom-- "Happily ever after didn't last as long as we'd hoped." The Usual Suspects-- "I don't believe in G*d, but I'm afraid of him." The Last Unicorn-- "No cat anywhere ever gave anyone a straight answer." Storytelling-- "Once you write it down, it all becomes fiction." Dragnet-- "Damn Pagans must be living on No-Doz!" 4) Finally, tag four people to do this meme (let's hope they don't skim this one!): Hmmm... STOP: It's Beaver Time!
AIDSWalk 2005-- so awesome. I got a hat. Kyan, Ted, and Jai from Queer Eye were there, and Rita Moreno, and Hal Sparks (::drool::), and Judith Light, and Richard Thomas, and we wound up walking behind a troupe of what looked like junior high kids whose school mascot was apparently the beaver, and then there were the kids singing Rent, and Bruce Villanch made the sign language interpreter sign "chlamydia" just to see what it looked like, and I learned the sign for "dream," and there were some kick-ass dancers ( http://www.abadacapoeira.org/), and a really neat poet ( http://www.jessicacaremoore.net/), and the weather stayed all nice until after we were done, and there was someone with an awesome Share Bear backpack. Then we went to Nicks and demolished the penne a la vodka. There's nothing quite like seeing 45,000 people walking through the city together. I love this city. I really do. I can't wait for next year. Current Mood: whee!Current Music: Simpsons | | Wednesday, May 11th, 2005 | | 12:30 am |
Done!
I turned in my last final today! Now I have a whole week off! A WEEK!!! I'm not even being sarcastic. I'm thrilled at the prospect of this week. I owe so many people phone calls and stuff... sorry, JAPOI. I'm so drained... Current Mood: sleepy |
